Pecan Moon is the new digitally first fashion brand. Co-founded and backed by seasoned entrepreneurs out of Das Ventures (incubated Dascena, Forta, Titan Holdings, Bluewillow, ++Docubridge.AI++, Tala Health, Docubridge, Neuron ERP), Turner Venture Holdings (entrepreneurs behind Curative, Shield, Gameto, Subcritical Systems, SALT Ventures) & creative led by established designer & creative director Mary Radenkovic (visionary behind Lavishly Appointed, Mary Com & Access fashion), Pecan Moon has been in stealth mode for 1yr and is now ahead of its launch in Q1 2026, searching for a CEO. Advisors are coming from ex LVMH, Prada & Bvlgari.

The company is venture backed and has runway for 2 years (w/o revenue). The 2026 spring/summer collection is finalized as well as all brand aesthetics and the online store. Digital Marketing is led by new AI- first digital marketing team at Prmtpful and with AI integrated from the core of shopping experience given co-founder is a prominent AI researcher and entrepreneur. The fashion is resortwear, clothing, loungewear and swimwear – inspired by the Texas south and passion and resort style sophistication.

This is an incredible opportunity for a proven entrepreneur who is capable of organizing full customer experience, developing business plans, running accounting, finance, budgets, future financing rounds, managing hiring and building the company's business operations with the goal of turning the company to profitability while maintaining a premium brand, clothing quality and delightful customer experience. The CEO will follow the creative guidance & vision of the Co-founder, backer and Creative Director on company & brand positioning.

Responsibilities

• Run the financial operations of the company including but not limited to: business plans, budgets, accounting, company payroll, tracking expenses, paying vendors reporting quarterly financials and company progress to the board of directors. Work on future fundraising, BD & partnership transactions.
• Manage legal operations, hiring, employee onboarding.
• Ensure company compliance with all legal and other requirements.
• Organize marketing high profile events, work with brand ambassadors, influencers, company's PR agency and digital marketing teams.
• Make key decisions that will affect the company's direction
• Run operations guiding customer experience from the website purchase to fulfillment facilities, shipping, packaging and delivery
• Ensure financial discipline and lead the company to profitability
• Act as a key stakeholder for the brand
• Work with international suppliers across time zones and countries around the world. Be familiar with import and export tariffs and processes.
• Able to work with a demanding creative director and team of advisors with decades of high end fashion experience in a productive and flourishing relationship
