ROLE OVERVIEW
PURPOSE OF JOB
This position will be responsible for the administration and management of our employee benefits programs, ensuring that benefits are competitive, compliant, and meet the needs of our diverse workforce. The Benefits Manager will work closely with the HR team and other departments to implement and maintain employee benefit plans and initiatives, as well as provide excellent support to employees regarding benefit-related matters.
