Position Summary

The Quality Inspector acts as an impartial liaison between the manufacturing source and the customer facility to ensure all products meet established quality standards and specifications. This role is responsible for inspecting manufactured parts, accurately documenting results, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a neutral representative between the production source and customer to verify product compliance with quality requirements
• Inspect parts and products for defects using appropriate measuring tools, gauges, and inspection equipment
• Read, interpret, and follow work instructions, control plans, and quality procedures
• Ensure all inspected products meet customer, quality, and safety standards
• Accurately collect, document, and report inspection results and nonconformances
• Escalate quality issues and support corrective action efforts as required
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and local health and safety regulations
• Demonstrate professionalism and strong customer service in all interactions
• Utilize company systems and portals for timekeeping, documentation, and policy acknowledgments
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, trustworthy, and highly organized
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and twisting for extended periods
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs as needed
• Reliable transportation required
