Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team and help ensure our materials and products move smoothly through the organization.

In this role, you'll handle a variety of tasks, including packaging, shipping, receiving, and delivering materials across the site. You'll work closely with multiple teams to make sure every item is processed accurately and on time, contributing directly to the success of our operations.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or material handling.
  • Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs unassisted and up to 75 lbs with assistance.
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to 100% accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with UPS Worldship, SAP, or similar systems is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desire to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Package, prepare, and ship wafers, parts, and other materials with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials using PDA devices, desktop software, and SAP.
  • Deliver materials to administrative areas and other departments on-site as needed.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely, including forklifts and automated processing units.
  • Assist other departments with material handling and shipping/receiving tasks as required.
  • Create and maintain shipping documents, such as Bills of Lading and packing lists, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring 100% accuracy in all tasks.
  • Follow proper lifting techniques and safety protocols to prevent injury and maintain a safe work environment.


The essential functions of this role include:
