Packaging Operator (Clean Room)

Our client, a leader in the Life Science industry, is seeking a US - Manufacturing Operator 1 to join their team. As a US - Manufacturing Operator 1, you will be part of the Manufacturing Support Department supporting production and packaging processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Round Rock, TX

Pay Range: $14.42- $18hr

Shift: 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Label and package reference standard solutions and neat material aliquots to support product catalog and custom-specific products
• Execute and complete labeling, relabeling, and packaging projects as designed and documented
• Initiate and review batch records and forms to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to execution
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with quality, safety policies, and good housekeeping practices
• Complete budgets, communicate delays, and meet production goals efficiently

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred
• Life Science industry experience is preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to work in a regulated environment with PPE requirements
