We are seeking 3 new experienced cleaners to join our team in both Williamson and Northern Travis Counties (i.e. Pflugerville, Round Rock Georgetown, Cedar Park, Leander & surrounding area). This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services for both residential and commercial clients, ensuring spaces are spotless, sanitized, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of both residential and commercial cleaning, a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and experience in various cleaning disciplines. This position requires the cleaner to provide all cleaning products including a vacuum, mop, and other cleaning supplies necessary which will be confirmed during the interview process.
This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a clean and healthy environment while progressing within the organization to receive an increase in pay and promotion in title.
Duties:
-Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
-Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures
-Manage laundry services for clients as needed
-Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas with attention to detail
Expectations:
-Utilize appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
-Ensure all assigned areas meet quality standards and client expectations
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
-Follow safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures at all times
-Assist with janitorial tasks and custodial responsibilities in various settings including hotels or office buildings
-Manage housekeeping or custodial responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency
-Communicate clearly with the rest of the team about your schedule, customer needs, and feedback received from the customers
Experience:
-2 years of prior experience in residential cleaning, and commercial cleaning. Not one or the other
-Experience with floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation techniques is advantageous
-Background in Airbnb cleaning
-Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a cleaning or hospitality environment
-Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and safety standards related to janitorial or custodial work
