Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for processing all orders while maintaining a productive level of performance. They will also assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness, while processing the receipt of products.

What You'll Do

  • Performs daily inventory count and assist coordinator for analyzing discrepancy of the inventory
  • Maintains receiving record accurately and report any discrepancy to coordinator if found
  • Keeps warehouse area sanitary and neat - Shares in minor repair work and housekeeping responsibilities for the work area
  • Reviews daily shipment schedule and, in discussion with other warehouse team members, plans and prioritizes daily work schedule to meet customer requirements.
  • During the start-of-shift meetings, discusses any injuries from the previous day, safety trends at the facility, and any hazards likely to be encountered in upcoming shift activity
  • Checks specification sheets and other written instructions to meet customer qualifications. Personally, checks pallets of product on first shipment from a new customer to ensure that accuracy of the BOL, packing list and vendor labels.
  • Leads team members in conducting daily safety check of EPJs, pallet jacks and forklift trucks that will be used in the day's unloading activities.
  • Acts as a liaison between the IQC and PM Teams and report any nonconforming stock-codes and/or quantities that cannot be precisely received into the ERP system.

What You Bring

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4+ years of equivalent experience preferred but not required
  • Analytical problem solving
  • Proactive, positive, deliberate, and focused thinking
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and aggressive deadlines
  • Basic computer competency; email, Microsoft Office Applications, ERP (preferred)
  • Requires the ability to perform normal job functions (bend, twist, pull, lift and stand)
  • Knowledge of computer components and parts preferred but not required
  • Ability to be trained as forklift operator
