The Hilton Austin is on the lookout for a dedicated Public Area Attendant to become a vital part of our team!

Join us in our fabulous hotel located in the vibrant heart of Downtown Austin, near top local attractions.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all public areas are impeccably clean and well-maintained while actively responding to guest requests to deliver outstanding service and contribute to the hotel's financial success.

Shift Pattern: Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $19.46 per hour

What will you be doing?

As a Public Area Attendant, your role will include maintaining cleanliness and organization in all hotel public spaces and responding to guest inquiries, ensuring a pleasant experience for all. Your tasks will include:

• Cleaning designated areas: restrooms, public areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and banquet rooms.

• Performing diverse cleaning tasks: dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and emptying trash.

• Welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor.

• Executing deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed.

• Assisting with guest requests and cleaning guest rooms as necessary.
