They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliDraft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and other business documents in support of the purchase of goods and services./liliReview the process of contract terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals. Inform peers and corporate management staff of changes or results./liliManage supplier and contractor certification process. Conduct periodic visits to supplier work locations to review vendor performance./liliMentor and educate on contemporary outsourcing practices and the value of applying them./liliAnalyze account-wide facility management services spend, suppliers, operations, and statement of works to identify opportunities for value creation./liliAssist with creating RTFs, selecting solutions, and negotiating. Prepare and maintain contracts with national and regional service providers. Ensure contracts adhere to company standards./liliLead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. Deal with sensitive issues./liliApply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives./liliIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes./li/ulpWhat Youll Need:/pulliBachelors Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred./liliAbility to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems./liliLeadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department./liliIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc./liliExtensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset./liliAdvanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations./li/ulpCBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Procurement Manager position is $90,000 annually with bonus eligibility and the maximum salary for the position is $110,000 annually with bonus eligibility. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience.
