We pride ourselves on offering TRULY FLEXIBLE work schedules, with stores operating Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and we are closed on Sundays.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Provide exceptional service to phone customers, catering clients, in-store lunch patrons, and retail customers in a friendly and polite manner. Respond positively to all inquiries and comments.
• Assist with food preparation for lunch, catering, and retail offerings, including ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge; effectively communicate product features and benefits to drive sales through suggestive upselling.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment while upholding merchandising standards.
• Proactively engage throughout your shift, taking initiative and responsibility for your tasks.
• Consistently follow company policies and procedures, adhering to our safety, security, and respectful workplace standards.

YOUR TRACK RECORD:

We're looking for individuals with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in customer service or food preparation, such as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate, or store associate, is advantageous. If you have experience in restaurant, retail, grocery, or hotel settings, we want you at HoneyBaked!

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

This role requires some physical dexterity and mobility, including working with hot materials. You should be comfortable bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods, as well as lifting up to 65 pounds as necessary.
