Driftwood Downtown is seeking a Member Services Concierge to join the Member Services Department. The Member Services Concierge is the initial point-of-contact for members and their guests, and is responsible for providing exceptional experiences, communication, and memories for members, guests, and prospects throughout their time at the Club. The Member Services Concierge will assist with greetings, reservations, and overall member experience and satisfaction. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliProvide exceptional service and communication at all times with members/guests and team members./liliGreet all members/guests politely, promptly, and accurately. Proactively anticipate needs to enhance experience and demonstrate sense of urgency while responding to guest needs during all interactions./liliMaintain cleanliness and organization of work areas at all times, complete daily/closing procedures, and adhere to food safety and TABC standards./liliBe aware of public cell phone usage protocol and social media regulations regarding our members and guests./liliSupport Member Services Manager with Club admin, private member events, Club events, and incoming calls./liliCheck identification for legal drinking age, refuse entry for intoxicated persons, and deal with aggressive behavior or non-compliance with statutory or establishment rules, with the support of management./liliEnsure all members/guests are entered into entry log and end of day report appropriately./liliManage reservations for food, events, and club amenities./liliMaintain accurate food and valet logs and charging procedures./liliCreate and maintain member profiles and preferences./liliSupport Member Services Manager with members onboarding./liliWork with Member Services Manager and Driftwood Golf and Ranch Club Member Services Team to maintain and update list of trusted local area vendors, stores, and services to recommend to members/guests when requested./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpQualifications/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent. College degree in hospitality, communications/marketing, or public relations preferred./liliAt least 6 months of prior hospitality experience, customer service, and telephone experience./liliMust have an outgoing well-spoken personality be able to clearly interact verbally with members and guests./liliMust be responsible, dependable, outgoing and friendly, as well as patient and courteous with members/guests and other co-workers./liliExperience with Word, Excel, Google, Power Point, Outlook, Email, and a willingness to learn new computer programs that the Club utilizes./liliAdditional Requirements/liliPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members./liliMust be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
