divh22nd Shift Security Officer/h2pKalahari Resorts Conventions is seeking a Security Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe environment for guests and associates on company property, patrol and provide security for Kalahari property, enforce laws and company policies, and deter illegal activities from city, state and federal violators./ppAs part of our leadership team, youll embody our Promise to Lead with Loveguiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Youll maintain a safe workplace and secure environment for guests, while also enabling team members to perform their duties with confidence and peace of mind./ppstrongKey Responsibilities/strong/pulliCheck in with the shift supervisor and/or manager-on-duty on arrival, review security logs and reports daily./liliPatrol all lobbies, floors, common areas, associate areas, basement, and grounds of Kalahari Resorts./liliIf an incident requires a report or a statement, complete the necessary paperwork, and advise the shift supervisor or manager-on-duty when finished./liliProvide the utmost in confidentiality with every action taken, verbally and written to protect the rights of guests, associates, and Kalahari Resorts./li/ulpstrongWhat Were Looking For/strong/pulliPrevious law enforcement or military preferred but not required./liliGeneral working knowledge of local, state, and federal laws./liliA valid drivers license in the state of employment/liliHotel or Resort experience is preferred./liliMust be able to write, read, and speak English as a first language.
