Ideal Part-Time Crew Candidates Should Possess:

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable with a bright smile.
• A positive attitude and willingness to assist teammates and customers alike.
• A desire to learn and contribute to a positive work environment.
• The initiative to address issues as they arise.
• The ability to stand and move during most, if not all, of the shift.
• Familiarity with restaurant equipment, including headsets, registers, or grills.
• A commitment to following brand standards to prepare delicious food, serve customers, and maintain a clean work environment that you'll take pride in.
