Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Cash Services Operations Manager who will play a crucial role in cash forecasting and oversight of cash loading. This position demands a positive attitude, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment while engaging with owner/operators as necessary. You will be instrumental in leading a dynamic team, ensuring seamless cash management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily activities of the Cash Services team by providing training and support.
  • Manage cash operations, ensuring there is sufficient stock for ATMs to operate efficiently while balancing costs.
  • Monitor cash levels and usage trends to adjust planning strategies as needed.
  • Schedule and assign team members across various geographies and timeframes.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for unresolved cash loading issues.
  • Analyze data and KPIs to provide actionable guidance to improve performance.
  • Maintain regular reviews with armored carriers and other cash management functions to uphold service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee the invoice review process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Communicate effectively with management and key stakeholders, holding the team accountable for set objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role in Cash Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related area.
  • A strong desire to take initiative and embrace new challenges.
  • Experience acting as a secondary leader to the Senior Director of Cash Operations.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20%, which may increase to 40% if remote.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Experience with PAI Reports is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • This role is office-based with frequent cross-departmental interactions.
  • A calm demeanor, excellent listening skills, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Physical requirements include occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs) and prolonged computer use.

Supervisory Duties: This position entails supervising team members and fostering their development.
