HDR has an exceptional career opportunity for an experienced professional to serve in a leadership position as the Central Texas Transportation Project Delivery Leader (PDL). As PDL, you will report to the Central Texas Transportation Business Group Manager (BGM) and work alongside the BGM to provide and promote consistent project management processes, quality and oversight of project delivery across the BG. You will collaborate closely with Transportation Professional Services Leaders to assign appropriate staff and expertise to deliver quality projects.
As PDL, you will collaborate closely with BG leadership to promote and advance project management skills development, career path development, and mentorship of BG staff. Your direct reports may include local program managers, project managers, commercial managers, and collaborative delivery leads. In addition to your primary responsibilities as summarized below, the PDL will be responsible for understanding and having direct knowledge of the HDR project management tools and collaborating, training, and mentoring staff on their implementation and use. You will also support recruiting and retention efforts for the program.
