About the Role

This is a dispatch-first role with added responsibility. The primary focus is coordinating technicians, managing schedules, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. In addition to dispatch, this role supports inspections and special projects, making it a great fit for someone who likes staying close to the action and contributing beyond the basics.

Our Ideal Candidate

ServiceTitan experience is required

Home services industry experience strongly preferred

Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume dispatch environment

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills

Able to multitask and shift priorities quickly

Delivers a consistent 5-star customer experience

Empathetic, upbeat, and professional with customers and technicians

Confident under pressure and able to hold firm when needed

Driven, dependable, and takes ownership of outcomes

Job Duties

Dispatch and coordinate technicians based on call priority and skill level

Build, manage, and adjust daily schedules in real time

Debrief technicians and monitor workflow throughout the day

Communicate clearly and proactively with customers

Track technician performance and support operational goals

Assist with inspections, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-up

Support special projects related to operations, scheduling improvements, and workflow efficiency

Partner with leadership to keep the dispatch function operating at a high level

What You Need

High school diploma or GED

1+ year of dispatch experience, preferably in a technician-based environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite

ServiceTitan experience required

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
