Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a 2nd Molding Operator to join their team. As a 2nd Molding Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: 2nd Molding Operator
Location: Taylor, TX
Pay Range: $19.50
Shift: 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:30am
What's the Job?
- Operate molding machinery efficiently and safely to produce quality parts
- Monitor and inspect molded products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols at all times
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment
