Mail and Package Handler
Round Rock, TX (onsite)
10+ Months Contract

Summary
This position provides operations support in high-volume print, copy, scanning, mail, and bindery tasks across multiple customer locations. The role includes shipping and receiving of products and supplies, performing copier maintenance, and supporting event setups. The position requires strong technical aptitude, physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer service-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume copy machines, scanners, and mail processing equipment
• Perform binding, finishing, quality control, and final checks on jobs
• Use image handling software, MS Office, and email systems
• Conduct daily inspections of convenience copiers, clear paper jams, and notify technicians of issues
• Maintain records, inventories, and billing logs
• Distribute office supplies, mail, and faxes to company personnel or designated locations
• Respond to and coordinate service calls from customers
• Deliver completed jobs to on-site and off-site locations
• Perform filing, purging, and archiving duties as needed
• Maintain neat, organized, and well-stocked copier and production areas
• Assist with shipping and receiving of materials
• Use bindery equipment, shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, hole drills, tape machines, stackers, electric staplers, scales, and postage meters
• Support event setups by moving tables, chairs, and other equipment
• Scan, sort, and palletize packages and mail as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required
• Some related copy, printing, or production experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Technical aptitude with printers, copiers, mail, and office equipment
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, climb, and perform moderate physical activity for extended periods
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
• May require valid driver s license and minimum auto insurance per company policy
