JOB OPPORTUNITY:

INDUSTRY: Commercial Banking

POSITION: Assistant

LOCATION: Houston, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Commercial Banking team.
• Answer and route phone calls professionally.
• Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
• Prepare and distribute emails, memos, and other correspondence.
• Assist with maintaining organized filing systems and contact lists.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Support internal teams and external clients as the first point of contact.
• Collaborate with the Operations Department to ensure smooth progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Office Assistant, preferably with exposure to markets such as the U.S., Mainland China, or Taiwan.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
