Warehouse Pick/Pack

Evaluation-to-Hire Opportunity

Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced Pick/Pack Warehouse Associates to join our team as Material Handlers within a manufacturing environment. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity - strong performance and attendance can lead to permanent employment with the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and stage materials for production orders
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and data entry
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Organize and maintain materials to ensure a clean, efficient warehouse
• Kit and stage materials for manufacturing builds
• Track incoming vendor shipments and support QA inspection processes
• Assist with inventory tracking and shipping documentation as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong pick/pack and general warehouse experience required
• High attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Manufacturing or production warehouse experience preferred
