Verbind Partners is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Housekeeper to support a private residence in Austin. This is a full-time, live-out position offering long-term stability for an experienced candidate who takes pride in maintaining a well-run, beautifully presented home.

The household is structured, respectful, and values discretion, professionalism, and staff who take initiative. This role will serve as backup to the Executive Housekeeper, requiring flexibility to step in and support both the principals and household team members as needed, ensuring continuity and high standards of service.

Candidates must have the legal right to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform museum-quality cleaning across fine furnishings and specialty surfaces including wood, glass, leather, antiques, artwork, marble, silver, and brass
• Maintain meticulous organization of personal products, household items, and belongings throughout the home
• Escort contractors and vendors while upholding privacy and security protocols
• Assist with special events, including set-up and post-event housekeeping
• Support administrative functions such as inventory management
• Partner with team members to provide area-wide support across the residence

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience in a formal private household, or luxury estate
• Proficiency with high-grade surfaces
• Knowledge of general office procedures, administrative support, and smartphone/computer proficiency
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Flexible and adaptable, with occasional domestic travel required

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Rate: $40–$45 per hour
