Temporary Positions - Administrative Support

Departments will access this job posting to search for applicants to fill Non-Student Non-Regular (NSNR) positions at the University. Non-student, non-regular staff may work on short assignments or intermittently throughout the year, but the total hours worked must not exceed 19.75 hours per week. This position is temporarily funded. Employment is contingent on funding availability.

Administrative support employees are responsible for internal and external communication, recording and retrieval of data and/or information, and other paperwork required in an office. Texas State administrative support title examples: Payroll Services Asst; Accounting Clerk; Administrative Assistant.
