Warehouse Associate

Amazing Magnets is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role ensures products are received, stored, picked, and shipped accurately so that customer orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and enter products into the inventory system
• Verify shipments against delivery documentation
• Perform basic quality checks on incoming materials
• Label and store products in designated warehouse locations
• Report shipment discrepancies to warehouse management

• Stock products in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain organized shelves with clearly visible product labels
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Ensure products are stored safely and correctly

• Pick customer orders accurately according to company procedures
• Verify product size, quantity, and condition
• Restock picking bins and maintain organized inventory areas

• Pack products securely for shipment
• Verify shipping labels and packing slips match
• Prepare packages for outgoing carriers
• Record shipping details including weight and shipping carrier

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow company safety procedures
• Support team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move packages
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
