Compensation: $14.00 per hour

- Willingness to learn and adapt to our exciting fitness philosophy
- Motivation and drive
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Availability for evening shifts is strongly preferred (4:30pm-8:30pm)
- Experience and/or certifications in personal training, group training, spin, and yoga are a plus
- Call, text, and email to follow up with leads to drive conversions and re-engage prospects
- Sell memberships and retail
- Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations
- Retain and increase client participation
- Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes (with a focus on evening session preparation)
- Maintain a clean facility
- Promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
- Attend mandatory, monthly all-staff meetings
