Kalahari Resorts & Conventions - - Responsibilities: Assist the restaurant Chef in the preparation and completion of food items; Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to recipes, portioning, cooking, timing, serving, and presentation standards; Keep all equipment clean and in excellent working condition and perform preventative maintenance; Fully understand and comply with health, safety and labor regulations for kitchen areas, associates and guests; Communicate effectively in English (bi-lingual preferred)
