Adecco is hiring for a Production Associate – AM Shift

Location: Austin, TX
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: AM Shift 6:00 AM–6:00 PM | Rotating 2–2–3 Schedule

Rotating Schedule:

  • Front Half: Sunday–Tuesday + every other Wednesday

  • Back Half: Thursday–Saturday + every other Wednesday

  • Week 1: 36 hours

  • Week 2: 48 hours


Job Overview

Full‑time, long‑term Production Associate roles are available in a clean, organized, and technology‑driven manufacturing environment. No prior manufacturing experience is required—hands‑on training is provided. This role includes repetitive tasks, following written instructions, and supporting the full production workflow.


Responsibilities

  • Follow written instructions to complete production steps

  • Perform repetitive assembly or finishing tasks

  • Inspect products and identify defects

  • Support material handling, labeling, and organization

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

  • Communicate with team members to meet production goals

  • Operate basic tools and equipment after training

  • Use basic computer programs, including Word and Excel, to complete documentation or review instructions


Qualifications

  • Ability to stand for 10–12 hours

  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Reliable and able to work a rotating AM schedule

  • Basic computer navigation skills (Word and Excel required)

  • No previous experience required—training provided

  • Prior production, warehouse, or assembly experience is a plus

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
