Job Title: Healthcare Call Center Representative (Remote - CST Hours)

Start Date: May 11, 2026

Payrate: $ 19.82

We are seeking experienced Healthcare Call Center Representatives to join a high-volume, fast-paced, and compliance-driven environment. This is a safety-sensitive, fully remote role requiring candidates to work Central Standard Time (CST) hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle 80-100 inbound calls per day in a high-volume call center environment

  • Assist with healthcare-related inquiries including prior authorizations, appeals, and drug benefits

  • Accurately document complex case details while navigating multiple systems

  • Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and HIPAA standards

  • Provide professional, timely, and empathetic customer support

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare and/or health call center experience

  • At least 6 months in a high-volume call center environment (inbound calls only)

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated, compliance-driven setting

  • Comfortable working extended periods on the phone in a true call center environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ months of PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) or pharmaceutical experience

  • Knowledge of:

  • Medicare Part D

  • Prior authorizations

  • Appeals processes

  • Drug benefits

  • Familiarity with insurance types: Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid

Technical & Remote Requirements

  • Prior remote work experience (minimum 6 months)

  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

  • Reliable wired internet connection required

  • Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay Details: $19.82 per hour
