The Hilton Austin Conference Center, located at the center of Downtown and attached to the Austin Convention Center, is looking for a Full-Time Overnight Security Officer to join our fantastic team!

Shift Pattern: Must be available to work overnight, including weekends and holidays when needed. You will also need to obtain a security license issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety Security Bureau.

Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

What will your role entail?

As an Overnight Security Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our guests, team members, and property while enhancing guest experiences and financial profitability. Your responsibilities will include:

• Patrolling the interior and perimeter of the hotel to identify any safety risks or security issues.
• Responding promptly to emergencies such as safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to safety.
• Promoting safe work practices throughout the hotel.
• Conducting preliminary investigations into incidents when necessary.
• Writing detailed reports and ensuring all documentation is accurate.
• Addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
