Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.
Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
Maintain in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
Document materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.
Receive credit-return material and supplies from production by verifying materials and supplies code and lot number and quantity; placing materials in stock.
Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
Document product shipment by recording units shipped.
Maintain material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections; making operator repairs.
Other duties, as assigned.
Employee may be required to work extended hours (more than 8 hours per day), weekends, and holidays. Employee will be compensated based on guidelines in the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Favorable driver's record/valid license.
Ability for organization, scheduling, analyzing information, dealing with complexity, deadline-oriented, time management, process improvement, safety management, inventory control, data entry skills.
Must successfully complete background check and drug/alcohol testing.
