About the Role:

Join Sage as an Implementation Project Leader and take a vital role in transforming how our customers manage and scale their financial operations. Collaborate with our Sage Intacct Expert Services team to steer various customer projects from kickoff to successful go-live, delivering exceptional experiences for all participants. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to oversee project scope, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery. Your contributions will play a significant role in enhancing client confidence, adoption, and long-term success with Sage Intacct and associated solutions.

This role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence three days a week at our Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle software implementation projects following Sage Intacct's Project Delivery Methodology.
  • Ensure all contracted services and deliverables in the Statement of Work are completed effectively.
  • Achieve timely project completion within budget, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful system adoption.
  • Develop and maintain project plans while driving on-time task completion by both customers and internal teams.
  • Provide regular project status and budget reports to customers and relevant internal teams.
  • Utilize Sage's project tracking systems to maintain precise project details, including status updates, budget forecasts, target completion dates, and assigned personnel.
  • Produce high-quality project documentation and facilitate timely customer approvals.
  • Identify, track, and resolve project issues, including any necessary scope changes.
  • Recognize opportunities for change orders and additional services with existing clients.
  • Meet assigned revenue and billable hour minimums while accurately tracking work time daily.
  • Ensure that project team members submit accurate work time promptly and review/approve these submissions by set deadlines.
  • Foster strong, positive relationships with internal and customer personnel.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in delivering ERP implementations in a client-facing or consulting role.
  • Hands-on experience working with formal project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones.
  • Proven experience in supporting external customer implementations.
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables in lean project teams.
  • Comfortable working in small, agile implementation teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
