The Capital Grille - 117 West 4th Street - Responsibilities: Wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant; Maintain sparkling clean restrooms; Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards; Ensure guests and team members have a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment; Support overall restaurant operations and team performance
