Luby's - 409 West Slaughter Lane - Responsibilities: Keep the kitchen and serving counter humming by stocking it up with the tools and dishes they need to create great food and serve our Guests; Work closely with both the kitchen and dining room teams to ensure guests have a spotless table; Assist with providing clean dishes to guests to sit and dine; Be a team player in the Back of House; Perform dishwashing and related cleaning duties as part of daily operations
