Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packer to join their team. As a Packer, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and packaging of ammunition products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability,and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packer

Location: Florence, TX

Pay Range: $17/hr

Shift: Mon-Thur 7am-4pm w/ Some Required Fridays (depending upon workflow)

What's the Job?

• Accurately pack products according to specified guidelines and safety standards

• Ensure all items are correctly labeled and securely packaged for shipment

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

• Assist in inventory management by recording packaging data and reporting shortages

• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided

• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

• Willingness to adhere to safety procedures and guidelines
