Merrill Gardens - 4907 Williams Drive - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care; Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided; Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed (Chart by exception); Provide quality care with compassion and respect for residents dignity; Maintain accurate documentation and communication with care team
