Job Details

• Lead the design, coordination, and delivery of mechanical utility systems including central utility plants, HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, and dehumidification systems
• Act as the owner's representative with design firms, contractors, and equipment vendors to drive execution
• Oversee project lifecycle from design through construction, startup, and commissioning
• Troubleshoot and optimize mechanical systems to improve reliability, performance, and energy efficiency
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and permitting requirements while maintaining clear documentation and stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) with 7+ years of experience in facilities or industrial environments
• Strong expertise in mechanical utilities systems (CUP, HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, etc.) and full project lifecycle delivery
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive execution in fast-paced environments
