Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a precision manufacturing company to hire a skilled Senior CNC Machinist. This role involves programming, setup, and operation of advanced CNC equipment producing high-precision components.

Pay: $42/hr+ Depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

· Program, edit, and prove out G-code using Okuma OSP and Siemens/Heidenhain controls

· Set up and operate Okuma Genos L300 CNC lathes (live tooling, offsets, chuck jaws, tailstock)

· Set up and operate DMG MORI DMU 50 5-axis milling machines

· Interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and CAD models

· Select tooling, fixturing, and machining strategies

· Perform first-article and in-process inspections

· Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues

· Perform routine machine maintenance and tool changes

Qualifications:

· 3–5+ years of CNC machining experience

· MUST have Mastercam programming experience

· Strong experience with 5-axis mills and turning centers

· Proven experience with Okuma OSP controls

· Experience with DMG MORI DMU 50 (5-axis)

· Ability to read complex prints and GD&T

· Proficiency in G & M code programming

· Strong shop math and problem-solving skills
