The ideal candidate is a skilled installer who can take a project from demo through finish with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards. This role is expected to take ownership of projects and execute work at a level that replaces subcontracted labor.What You'll Do Complete full bathroom remodels, including tile showers and waterproofingInstall backsplashes and flooring for kitchen remodelsInstall LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) flooringExecute full remodel scope: DemolitionPrep and layoutInstallationFinish work
