Online Sales Associate - Retail

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an Online Sales Associate for our retail department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a positive guest experience that exceeds expectations through effective and efficient retail operations. Controlling all package deliveries and ensure all necessary reports are being run to confirm the packages that have been ordered are delivered to the guest.

As part of our team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Loveguiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Pay rate: $13.50/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Greet each guest with a friendly, warm welcome.
• Offer product knowledge to ensure sales are completed.
• Be passionate about all Kalahari Goals and initiatives.
• Contribute to positive team relations through effective communications, teamwork and partnerships with co-workers and management team.

What We're Looking For

• Background consisting of previous experience in retail, customer service or sales environment preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge including experience with excel.
• Flexible schedule that could include weekends and holidays.

This role is based on-site and is not remote.
