Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Fabricate steel components by laying out, cutting, fitting, measuring, and welding metals to create the required shapes and structures; Perform primarily MIG welding and occasional Stick (SMAW) welding on steel beams for concrete structures; Work as part of a team with other crew members to complete fabrication projects efficiently and safely; Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work area, including helping keep all areas of the department clean and orderly; Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to complete projects to specification
