Role Description

! We're searching for people who are passionate about details and create good energy.

Responsibilities include preparing beverages and food items, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with general shop operations. The role also involves engaging with customers, answering questions, and creating a friendly, welcoming environment for everyone.

What You'll Do

• Open or close the shop

• Dial in coffee, prep pastry case, keep the POS tidy

• Stock and curate shelves

• Work the register and connect with customers

• Keep the space clean, organized, and vibey at all times

• Jump in wherever needed around the shop

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Barista techniques preferred and experience with food preparation
• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
• Effective Communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Team-oriented and adaptable to the dynamic needs of a retail shop
• Familiarity with boutique or local grocer settings is a plus
