Responsibilities
• Know our food menu, including possible allergens with the ability to relay it to guests
• Have a thorough understanding of our beer, including core brands, new releases, and special
collaborations
• Take food orders from guests; accurately enter orders in our point-of-sale
• Manage Takeout station, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and hospitality standards
• Run food and bus tables while adhering to Pinthouse Hospitality standards
• Complete opening and closing checklists, including daily and weekly cleaning tasks
• Understand and comply consistently with our rules, policies and procedures
• Handle, store and rotate all products properly
• Proactively watch for signs of intoxication in all guests and ensure safe alcohol consumption
Qualifications
• TABC & Food Handler's Certifications
• Cicerone Level 1: Certified Beer Server
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
