Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and other security-related policies throughout the location; Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying the appropriate personnel and documenting relevant details; Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, hallways, guest-facing areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, common areas, and other assigned spaces to help to deter disruptions, support access control practices, and report maintenance and/or security-related concerns; Assist during emergency and weather-related events by following post orders, directing people away from impacted areas, and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed
