Job Summary
As a customer service agent you are the first impression of a passengers airport experience. Customer Service positions encompass checking in and ticketing passengers, escorting passengers to and from aircraft, and resolving customer complaints. Proficient use ofa computer is needed as well as EXCELLENT customer assistance to passengers. This position requires working in a fast paced environment with time constraints to meet published departure goals. A professional and positive image must be consistently displayed by the employee.
Part-Time: Sundays and Thursdays 1:30-5:30pm beginning May 14th through the month of september. Two week mandatory training M-F from 8am-4pm cst. The training is remote and a laptop with camera access is required. Training starts from April 13th-24th.
