About the Role

This is an expatriate assignment based in Texas, USA, responsible for managing procurement activities for server components.

The role focuses on supplier management, cost optimization, and supply continuity, working closely with internal teams and suppliers to support production and ensure supply chain stability.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and supplier relationships for server components to ensure supply stability and cost optimization

• Perform supplier development and management; ensure quality, cost, and delivery

• Execute procurement and pricing tasks to achieve cost optimization

• Track market trends and supply risks

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support project introduction and production

• Develop secondary sources to enhance supply stability

Education

Bachelor's degree

Major

Business Administration or a related field

Experience

3+ years

Language

• English: Fluent (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)

• Chinese: Fluent

Tools

• ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred

Other Requirements

• 3+ years procurement/supply chain experience (server/electronics preferred)

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Familiar with procurement processes and supplier management

• Fluent English for supplier/internal communication
