In this role, you will be the linchpin for managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence, playing a crucial part in maintaining seamless communication channels. Your dedication will directly support various internal functions and external partnerships, ensuring information flows securely and efficiently.

• Location: Onsite; Austin, TX
• Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; 8 hours per day)
• Pay Comments: W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match
• Background screening required

What You'll Do:

• Mail Management: Efficiently collect and sort incoming mail, ensuring accurate routing based on recipient needs.
• Internal Logistics: Physically deliver sorted correspondence to individuals and departments across the client's facilities.
• Digital Transformation: Scan physical mail for digital distribution via email, supporting remote and paperless workflows.
• External Correspondence: Prepare, mail, and fax sensitive financial documents to external partners, maintaining strict compliance.
• Confidentiality Guardian: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and security when handling sensitive employee and financial documents.

What You'll Bring:

• Must be available to work on-site for the required schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (8 hours per day).
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer and administrative tasks, including document scanning, email communication, and fax machine operation.
• Physical ability to walk and carry mail for internal deliveries across the office environment.
• A high level of integrity and dependability, with a proven ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
