We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.ResponsibilitiesThis position is remote.The Technical Marketing Initiative Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing initiatives that align with Keysight's goals in the HSD and AI market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and a proven track record of successful campaign management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for HSD/ AI market growth.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.Optimize campaigns based on data‑driven insights.Maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.Drive trade shows, seminars, and webinars from a strategic and technical point of view, from obtaining a budget to execution.Create messaging, decide the right content (presentations, demos, or both), and develop promotion and follow‑up plans.Responsible for USA and Canada for the HSD/ AI segment.The candidate should be based in the mainland USA and needs to travel for the events.QualificationsBachelor's degree in electrical/Electronics/Computer Science, preferably with additional qualification in Marketing.Experience in technical marketing and campaign management for high‑speed digital hardware and/or software products.Proven experience in market strategy, business development, product management, or infrastructure‑related roles.Strong understanding of HighSpeed Digital technologies, AI infrastructure, networking, and data center architectures.Experience analyzing market data, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business and growth strategies.Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and initiatives.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in marketing software and tools.Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.#LI‑MO1Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.SalaryCalifornia: $126,930.00 – $232,120.00Colorado: $117,530.00 – $195,880.00District of Columbia: $126,930.00 – $211,550.00Hawaii: $117,530.00 – $195,880.00Illinois: $117,530.00 – $195,880.00Maryland: $126,930.00 – $211,550.00Massachusetts: $126,930.00 – $211,550.00Minnesota: $117,530.00 – $195,880.00New Jersey: $126,930.00 – $211,550.00New York: $139,270.00 – $232,120.00Vermont: $117,530.00 – $195,880.00Washington: $126,930.00 – $211,550.00Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region.BenefitsMedical, dental and visionHealth Savings AccountHealth Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending AccountsLife, Accident, Disability insuranceBusiness Travel Accident and Business Travel Health401(k) PlanFlexible Time Off, Paid HolidaysPaid Family LeaveDiscounts, PerksTuition ReimbursementAdoption AssistanceESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan)Restricted Stock Units#J-18808-Ljbffr
