Our platform delivers early, high-quality exploit intelligence, deep asset correlation, and contextual insights to help organizations stay ahead of emerging threats.About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to take the lead on our existing Growth Marketing foundation. As a new addition to the marketing team, you'll own campaigns end-to-end—from strategy to execution to reporting—with the primary objective of directly influencing pipeline and revenue.This is a build and scale role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and is comfortable being both strategic and tactical in a high-growth cybersecurity startup.What You'll DoBuild the Demand EngineDesign and execute multi-channel demand gen campaigns (email, paid, content, webinars, events)Create campaign frameworks aligned to company ICP and verticals.Launch and iterate nurture programs across the lead lifecycle in multiple segments.Pipeline & Sales AlignmentPartner closely with Sales teams to define MQL/SQL criteria and follow-up processesSupport target account and early ABM-style programs for enterprise prospectsEnable sales with campaign context, messaging, and contentPerformance MarketingOwn paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, retargeting) with a test-and-learn mindsetBuild and optimize landing pages and conversion flowsManage budget and continuously improve CPL, conversion, and pipeline impactAnalytics & ReportingSet up dashboards and attribution in HubSpot/Marketo + SalesforceTrack pipeline influenced/generated, conversion rates, and ROIUse data to inform messaging, targeting, and channel investmentStartup-Focused CollaborationPartner with Product Marketing on positioning and launch campaignsWork with Content and Product to translate technical value into compelling offersProvide feedback loops from prospects and customers to product marketing and leadershipWhat You'll BringHave 5+ years of B2B demand gen or growth marketing experienceHave marketed technical products like cybersecurity, SaaS, dev tools, or infrastructureHave built campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Marketo, and SalesforceComfortable with robust marketing technology stack (Clay, Common Room, Fibbler, Tofu, Canva)Are highly data-driven and can tie campaigns directly to pipeline and revenueThrive in scrappy, fast-moving startup & scaleup environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience with ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase, Terminus)Cybersecurity industry familiarity or experience marketing to technical buyersEvent or field marketing experienceCopywriting or technical content skillsWhat We OfferWe believe people do their best work when they feel supported, trusted, and valued.
