Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, visitor processing, and/or other security-related policies for a commercial real estate location.; Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify credentials, issue visitor badges or passes, and document arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries in accordance with site requirements.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building staff, tenants, visitors, and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Answer questions, provide directions, manage incoming calls or inquiries, and support a professional front desk presence that helps to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions.; Complete reports and maintain accurate logs related to incidents, visitor activity, access events, and/or other security-related matters in alignment with Allied Universal and site expectations.
