BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Oracle Cloud Solution Architect for an hybrid opportunity in Austin, TX

Locations: Austin, TX

Anticipated Start Date: 05/04/2026

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Solution Architect who can support and manage live production systems. This role focuses on maintaining system stability, handling complex issues, and ensuring smooth operations across Oracle Cloud applications (ERP/SCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in Oracle (Oracle Cloud)
• Strong experience in production support / AMS (L2/L3 support)
• Hands‑on experience with: FBDI, APIs (REST/SOAP), Oracle Integration Cloud / Middleware, OTBI, BIP, Groovy, OCI, VBCS
• Good understanding of incident, problem, and change management (ITIL model)
• Experience handling production issues, releases, and system updates
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
