Hiring: Senior Staff GPU Physical Design Engineer (Contract)

Austin, TX / San Jose, CA (Onsite – 5 days/week)

Pay range: $65.00 - $90.00/hr on w2

We're looking for an experienced GPU Physical Design Engineer to work on high-performance GPU & SoC IP for advanced technology nodes.

Responsibilities

• Drive STA, DRC/LVS, power optimization & reliability
• Collaborate cross-functionally from synthesis to tape-out
• Support best practices, documentation & implementation strategy.

Requirements

• 7–11+ years of experience (based on education)
• Strong hands-on experience in full physical design flow
• Expertise in Synopsys/Cadence tools (ICC2, Innovus, PrimeTime, Tempus, StarRC)
• Experience with GPU/SoC design & advanced nodes (≤5nm)

Nice to Have

• GPU or high-performance compute architecture exposure
